These Terms of Service govern your use of KavoEats and kavoeats.com. By creating an account, purchasing or subscribing to a meal plan, or using KavoEats, you agree to these Terms.

Service availability

KavoEats provides meal subscription and delivery services only within active service areas and ZIP codes. Availability, delivery days, delivery windows, meals, plans, and service coverage may change.

Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account and delivery information and for keeping your account access secure. You may sign in using a KavoEats password or an available third-party sign-in option such as Google.

Meal plans and subscriptions

Subscription details, included meals, delivery days, billing frequency, pricing, and applicable change or cancellation rules are shown when you select a plan. Changes requested after an applicable cutoff may take effect in a later service period.

Meals, allergies, and dietary preferences

KavoEats may collect allergy, dietary restriction, and preference information to assist with meal service. However, customers with severe or life-threatening allergies should contact KavoEats before ordering. We cannot guarantee that meals are prepared in an allergen-free environment or that cross-contact will never occur.

Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe. By providing a payment method and subscribing, you authorize applicable recurring charges according to the selected plan until the subscription is canceled or otherwise ends.

Delivery

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, access instructions, gate codes, and other information needed for delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, routing, customer access, operational conditions, or events outside our reasonable control.

Failed or missed delivery

If a delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, inaccessible property, unavailable recipient, missing entry instructions, unsafe conditions, or similar circumstances, the order may be marked as unable to deliver. Refunds or credits, when applicable, are determined according to the circumstances and applicable KavoEats policies.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the KavoEats website or systems, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, submit fraudulent information, abuse promotions, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Changes, suspension, and termination

KavoEats may modify features or suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, nonpayment, misuse, legal compliance, or protection of customers and the service.

Disclaimer

KavoEats services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access, exact delivery times, or that every menu item or service feature will always remain available.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KavoEats is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of KavoEats after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
